Kay Davies
Chairman
Kay Joined MMTC in 2015 and since then has performed as leading lady in several of our shows most recently with her NODA nominated performance as Emma in Jekyll & Hyde. In addition to her on-stage contributions, Kay has taken on the important role of Chairman, providing leadership and guidance to MMTC. Kay also runs the weekly raffle at rehearsals, helping us raise much-needed funds that help us put on our fantastic shows!
Natalie Olson
Vice Chairman
Nat has been a member of MMTC since 2008 and is always pursuing ideas to support the company, including organising and hosting our annual Race Night which is always extremely popular. She has also shown us on a large number of occasions how incredibly talented she is and acted in a multitude of shows, even garnering nominations and wins from NODA!
Chris Rimmer
Treasurer
In 2022, Chris became a valuable member of the company in the role of Jekyll/Hyde, earning a regional NODA award for best leading male. With a classical music degree, he showcased his talents by music directing our 2023 production of Spamalot. Now serving as our treasurer, Chris's expertise in the finance industry will guide MMTC in managing its finances and leading us towards success.
Sarah Fletcher
Secretary
Sarah has been with MMTC from the age of 15, with experienced on stage and behind the scenes as Cheoreographer. Sarah oversees our correspondence and aids in decision making. She also acts as our NODA link, orders long service awards, keeps the members handbook up to date to list just a few the responsibilities that Sarah handles, whilst also taking part in the shows too. Sarah will also be in charge of liaising with the Charity Commission.
Alex McKillop
Production Co-ordinator
Alex is part of the fixtures and fittings at MMTC. From an early age he has been performing in our productions, playing leading roles, and during his time with us he has also gained a wide knowledge of theatre skills collaborating with the crew, sound, and lighting teams. It is this valuable knowledge that makes Alex an asset to our committee as the Production Co-ordinator and being a liaison with the Theatres technical teams.
Phoebe Hill
Marketing & Publicity Officer
Phoebe joined MMTC in 2016, her first time singing on stage was in the 2017 production of Anything Goes, she then went on to play different roles; most recently winning a NODA for her role of Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde. Phoebe manages our website, social media and publicity aspects for MMTC; as well as being the current creator for our show programmes and other marketing materials. Phoebe is also a member of our online Box Office/ Ticket Team, helping with the online ticket system and also helps run the Community Sponsorship Scheme.
Yasmin Cranny
Membership & Ticket Secretary
Yasmin became a member of MMTC in 2017, and is always eager to be involved by showing great support, taking taking on roles such as Box Office coordinator, ticket secretary and also being helping with fundraising events. It is because of this we are delighted to have Yasmin as part of our committee to oversee ticket sales, managing the phone, and this year she will also be the smiling face taking on new memberships.
Ed Mckillop
Company Stage Manager
Ed is part of the fittings and fixtures at MMTC. He began by being one of the workhouse kids in Oliver when he was 9. However, Ed quickly realised being on stage wasn't for him and went to work backstage where he found his passion. Lately has started Stage Managing for MMTC shows. Ed is looking to get stuck in to assisting the Production Co-ordinator in his role, helping with Health & Safety aspects, and helping out any way he can.
Issy Housley
Asst. Production Co-Ordinator
Issy has recently join the committee after joining the company in 2023, instantly being a helping hand from the get-go. She has assisted with event set-ups and the 'get in' for shows. As well as helping with the fundraising events we host, Issy will be learning all about Production Co-Ordination with Alex, attending meetings with the techincal team. Issy will also be a safeguarding office along with Kayleigh.
Kayleigh Ginley
Monthly Newsletter
Kayleigh joined the company in 2019. Since then, she has choreographed numerous shows such as Spamalot and The Sound Of Music, as well as playing iconic roles such as Calamity Jane. She is excited to use her talented behind the scenes as well, helping with all committee aspects. Kayleigh will oversee our monthly email that keeps members past and present connected, and will also be a safeguarding office along with Issy.

Lee Ashall
Health & Safety Officer
Not only has Lee given us NODA winning performances over his years with us at MMTC, but along with Ed McKillop, he has also taken on the responsibility of being our H&S officer. Ensuring that we keep our members safe, especially throughout the covid pandemic.
Ian Culshaw
Librarian and Gift Aid
Ian has been a member of MMTC for many years as taking part not only on stage but as director. Ian has just received a nomination from NODA alongside Betty for Best direction of Jekyll & Hyde in 2022. Ian assists Phoebe with our show programmes for the audience at the theatre, sourcing well needed advert sponsorships and donations. He is also our Librarian who helps with scripts and Libs for each show.
Gaynor Hale
President
Gaynor joined Maghull Musical Theatre Company in 1988, during that time not only has Gaynor performed with us, but she has also choreographed and directed productions and is a past chairman. Gaynor is now not only our President but also acts as company representative at Maghull Parish Hall meetings. Gaynor also stands to welcome in newly (or in some cases re-elected) committee members at our annual AGM.
